Do You Recognize Yourself Here?
• You are the one everyone relies on
• You handle things before they become problems
• You are emotionally aware but still depleted
• You keep thinking once life settles down you’ll finally exhale
• You are tired of managing everything alone

Heather
“What stood out to me was how practical and grounded this work is. We're not just talking about relationships in theory. I'm showing up differently in real time, especially in the moments where I would normally over function or over explain. That alone has changed the tone of my relationships.”

Suzanne
“I was hesitant to join another group because I have been in spaces that felt either too surface level or too intense. This was neither. It was calm, thoughtful, and surprisingly precise. I felt seen without feeling exposed, which is rare for me.”

Angelika
“I have done a lot of personal development work over the years, but this was the first space where I did not feel like I had to perform healing. I didn’t realize how tightly wound I was until my shoulders actually dropped during one of the sessions. The shift has been subtle but profound.”

Aisha
“I understood my patterns intellectually for years, but I was still exhausted in my day to day life. Laurena has a way of helping you see what you’ve been carrying without making you feel called out or overwhelmed. Things are finally starting to feel lighter and more sustainable.”

My Story

I know what it is like to look capable on the outside while quietly running on empty. For years, I was the one who held everything together. High functioning, deeply responsible, and constantly trying to prove my worth, even when no one was asking me to.
When I could not fix the exhaustion by working harder or understanding more, I started looking deeper. My studies in psychology, sociology, and anthropology became part of a much more personal investigation into why so many capable women end up chronically overextended and disconnected from themselves.
What I found changed the way I live and the way I work. Now I help women step out of over functioning patterns and back into a steadier, more sustainable way of relating to themselves, their relationships, and their lives.
