A Monthly Nervous System Reset Life speeds up. Pressure builds. Decisions pile up. And before we know it, we’re reacting instead of responding. STOP is a monthly gathering devoted to slowing down and centering on purpose. When everything feels like it’s pulling at once, it’s hard to know what’s actually right for you. Most of the women I work with aren’t lacking insight. They’re holding too much at the same time. Too many thoughts, responsibilities, and internal narratives competing for attention. STOP is a structured practice designed to help you step out of that noise and come back to a place where you can think clearly and choose intentionally. ⸻ The Practice Each session follows the same simple process: Stillness · Tune the Body · Open · Choose We begin by creating space between you and the situation you’re holding, so you’re not stuck inside it. From there, we regulate the body through breath and stillness, allowing the nervous system to settle. Once the noise quiets, we open to a different kind of clarity. Not forced or overanalyzed, but something that becomes easier to see when you’re not overwhelmed. From that place, we focus on what’s yours to do next. One step, grounded in the present moment, where your agency actually lives. ⸻ What a Session Looks Like The majority of the session is quiet and guided. You’ll be led through a meditative process that helps you: • Step back from what you’re navigating • Settle your body and mind • Access a clearer perspective At the end, you’ll have time to write and, if you’d like, share what came up. ⸻ Who This Is For This practice is for you if: • You feel pulled in multiple directions and can’t land • You tend to overthink or second-guess your decisions • You’re clear in theory, but stuck in practice • You want a reliable way to access your own clarity ⸻ What You’ll Walk Away With • A calmer, more regulated nervous system • Clearer insight into what you’re navigating • A next step that feels grounded and doable • A repeatable process you can use on your own ⸻ How It Works STOP is offered as a monthly session. The structure stays the same each time, so it becomes familiar and easy to drop into, especially when you need it most. You can come as often as you like, with whatever you’re currently working through. STOP becomes a rhythm. A reset point. A return to Your Center and Truth.
