STOP is a monthly gathering devoted to slowing down on purpose. This is where we practice the core elements of the STOP protocol in real time, together. Not conceptually. Not theoretically. Practically. Each month, we focus on one aspect of the STOP framework and apply it directly to the realities you’re navigating right now. Because regulation isn’t something you learn once. It’s something you return to. What Happens Inside a STOP Gathering: Every session follows a simple, repeatable structure so your nervous system knows what to expect. 1. Arrival + Check In We begin by settling. A guided grounding process helps your system orient, soften, and land. Then we do a brief, structured check-in. Just honest, contained reflection on where you are right now. 2. Focused Instruction: Each month, we highlight one component of the STOP protocol. For example: • Stillness • Vagal tone and regulation • Opening intuition • Practicing presence You’ll receive a concise, psychologically precise teaching on that element and why it matters. 3. Active Practice Then we implement: Breathwork. Embodied awareness. Micro exposure to discomfort. Attunement practice. Pattern interruption. You won’t just understand the step. You’ll feel it shift something in your body. This is where stress chemistry moves instead of recycling. 4. Reflection + Integration After the practice, we reflect: What changed? What surprised you?
