Facilitated by Laurena, a psychologist, this weekly meet-up is designed to help you date with more clarity, confidence, and community. Whether you’re new to dating apps or navigating your 100th “heyyyy” message, Dating Lab is here to shift the experience from overwhelming to empowering. Each session includes: A Bite-Sized 10 Minute Presentation on key dating essentials—topics like red flag spotting, dating heuristics, attachment styles, communication dynamics, and how to know if someone is actually emotionally available. Think: straight talk, no fluff, evidence-based insights you can use right now. App Scroll & Support Time – Pull out your phone and swipe with backup. Get real-time feedback from a trained relationship coach (that’s me!) and support from other smart, kind women navigating the same confusing terrain. Screenshots, second opinions, and honest hot takes welcome. Open Q&A – Bring your dilemmas, first date debriefs, mixed messages, and gut instincts to the table. No judgment, just smart strategies and grounded guidance. Community + Connection – This isn’t a lecture or a sales pitch. It’s a lab. An experiment. A place to workshop your love life with other women who are over it when it comes to games, ghosting, and guessing.
