Service Description
Becoming Shameless: A Guided Support Circle A facilitated journey toward deeper self-acceptance & personal growth Join us for Becoming Shameless, a twice monthly, drop-in support circle designed to help you shift feelings of unworthiness and embody unapologetic self-love. Facilitated by Laurena, an educational psychologist, each gathering introduces transformative ideas, time for reflection, sharing and open Q&A, helping you build a strong foundation of self-worth and authenticity. We meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday evenings at 7 pm, covering topics like boundaries, healthy self-esteem, shame, advocating for self, and more. Each session includes guided exercises, space for sharing and support, and open Q&A. No prep work or prerequisites required ~ we already have enough on our to-do lists! You’ll receive a curated reading list if you’re inspired to dig deeper and integrate concepts at your own pace. This small group format (limited to 8 participants) ensures meaningful conversation and the opportunity for real-time support and validation. Becoming Shameless is a safe, uplifting space to learn, reflect, and take practical, compassionate steps toward greater self-love, self-trust, and confidence. Whether you join for one session or return throughout the year, each meeting stands alone yet feeds the next ~ reminding you that self-love isn’t a destination, it’s a rhythm.
